I have just created a new French(FRV5) keyboard layout and lesson, FR_Lesson_01_asdfjkl;.txt, that will be included in the next MooTyper release. This layout, like all the other V5's, separates the Shift keys so that only the left or right one lights up depending on the character that you need to type. You can see and try it out in the French course.
I do not have any actual French text at the moment to verify that I have the shift keys working correctly for any of the red letter keys. So, if anyone tries to use the new layout and spots an error, please let me know.
